No. 34, Galle Road, Dehiwala — open seven days a week. Pickup has no area limit, so it works even if you live outside the Western Province. Everyday over-the-counter items can also be ordered from our online store, which delivers island-wide.

- We deliver across the Western Province, at two flat rates. LKR 399 covers Colombo 01–15 and Dehiwala, Mount Lavinia, Ratmalana, Nugegoda, Rajagiriya, Nawala, Battaramulla, Malabe, Maharagama and Kottawa. LKR 499 covers everywhere else in the Colombo, Gampaha and Kalutara districts. We don't deliver beyond the Western Province — but collection from our Dehiwala store is free and open to everyone.
- You can still order and collect free of charge from our store at No. 34, Galle Road, Dehiwala — there's no delivery area limit on pickup. For everyday over-the-counter items, our online store delivers island-wide.
- A few items are collection-only, so we can be sure they reach you in good condition: anything that has to stay refrigerated, and a small number of items we're required to hand over in person. If your order includes one, our pharmacist will call you and arrange a time to collect it — everything else still comes to your door.
- Once our pharmacist reviews your order, we send you the total and the delivery charge together. You then pay by bank transfer. Nothing is charged until you confirm, and your total stays open for 7 days.
